Kurdish artists work well in drama, says actor

ERBIL, August 5 (AKnews) – Kurdish actors have been working well
considering their capacity, opportunities and provision of materials,
but Kurdish channels do not buy their work, said a Kurdish actor.

Ibrahim said: “You could say Kurdish drama is not at the same level as
Korean and Turkish drama and this is because they work with big
companies and receive help from them.
“Kurdish drama
receives very little help. Also Kurdish channels are supportive and
ready to buy drama, which affects the whole work in a negative way.”
Ibrahim
talked about himself and commented: "I have worked in many roles,
comedy and tragedy. I would like to act all types of personalities in my
career."
The actor’s most recent work was "Last Decision of Jacob". The story and production was by Luqman Gharib.
