Kurdistan invites Iranian businessmen to invest in the region

Sulaimaniyah, Feb. 6 (AKnews) – A delegation of Kurdish businessmen returned from Iran Friday from Iran after a several days visit to the country for participation in a trade conference, a source said.
The 30 Kurdish tradesmen were officially invited to Iran by the Iranian relevant authorities to take part in a conference in Arak city, Kurdistan Imports and Exports Union (KIEU) media official, Bakhtyar Ahmed, said.
The 3-day conference ended last Wednesday, Ahmed said, in which deepening bilateral ties was emphasized.
A commercial protocol was also signed between the KIEU and Arak's top companies, Ahmed added.
Moreover, Sheikh Mustafa Abdurrahman, head of the KIEU told the Independent National News Agency of Kurdistan (AKnews) that they had invited the city's businessmen to come to Kurdistan to open firms or their branches in the region.
