ERBIL, June 30 (AKnews)- A Turkish army "mercenary" ,Yunus Cîn, was killed today in a bombing in Şirnak, southeastern Turkey, Firat news agency close to Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK) said.
The explosion occurred at 06.15 a.m. in Bilbês neighborhood of Elkê, the location where the "mercenaries" used to do sentinel duty.
At the time of the explosion there were many soldiers in the area.
The soldiers did not let anyone approach the dead body, which led to the protest of the other "mercenaries", according to the agency.
It is said that the Turkish army had cancelled sentinel duty in the area of the explosion for two months and it was only one week that the "mercenaries" were called to return to the area for guarding.
