Raids on Gaza, Palestinian injured

Ramallah, March 12 (AKnews) A Palestinian was moderately wounded by Israeli raids on Gaza last night and early Thursday, according to a medical source in the Palestinian Health Ministry.
"A Palestinian was wounded in a raid on Khan Younis in southern Gaza Strip, while no one was injured in Rafah", says Muawiya Hassanein, director of ambulance and emergency in the Palestinian Health Ministry.
A Palestinian security source in Gaza said that "Israeli warplanes launched two raids on Gaza, causing a collapse of the tunnel in Rafah and the demolition of a factory for bottled oxygen in Khan Younis.
"The Israeli aircrafts are still overflying the strip and we do not know whether they would carry out raids again."
Israel Radio quoted the spokesman of the Israeli army saying: "The planes targeted a weapons-smuggling tunnels in Rafah, and a workshop for weapons manufacturing in Khan Younis."
