SULI, July 14 (AKnews)- In the first day of the first conference of Kurdistan Future Party (KFP) the report of the party's politburo was read and discussed.
The report covered six axes, said KFP General Secretary Qader Aziz.
These included the changes in the region, the situation in Iraq, the situation in Kurdistan, creation of a Kurdish state, national cause and holding national conference and the state of the KFP.
The conference will lead to a "big transformation" in the party, internally and politically, said Aryan Mohammed, conference spokesperson.
Mohammed added the internal policy of the party will be modified and a new secretary and leadership board will be installed in the two-day conference.
All the conference members are free in nominating themselves for the general secretary post, according to the official.
The conference in Aqua Park of Suli was held at the presence of 352 party members from Kurdistan and abroad.
KFP which broke away from Kurdistan Toilers Party joined forces with the opposition parties in Kurdistan this year. It holds only one seat in the 111-member Kurdistan Parliament.
